IS a Group Registration Consultant,
Anyway? And what can
one do for me?
Think of her as your personal assistant. Someone
who will help you create a specific plan tailored to your
group’s needs. A liaison between your group and Women
of Faith. A fount of information, materials, and ideas –
that’s your Group Registration Consultant.
What can your Group Registration Consultant
do for you? She will:
- Take the time to meet with you,
either on the phone or in person.
- Offer options like ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’
and other special offers. She’ll work with you to
find the options that best meet your needs.
- Share details specific to your conference.
Because each conference has a dedicated Consultant, she
knows specific information about the arena, the city, and
the people in it.
- Work with you to design a strategy
for your church, organization, or group situation.
- Determine the quantity and type of promotional
materials you need (and see that you get them when you need
them.)
- Help you network with other churches in your
area (you can frequently save on transportation and hotel
costs this way.)
- Provide forms, ideas, and the wisdom that
comes from experience. Consultants work with Group Leaders
every day – when it comes to putting a group together,
they know what works.
