1. I didn’t put my hope in finding the folder. (My hope was in Christ).
2. I talked to God about how I felt. (I reminded Him of what His Word said).
3. I didn’t edit my prayers. (I just poured my heart out as it was).
4. I was totally honest. (There was no place for pretence).
5. I truly believed God would provide (even if the folder was never found).
6. I claimed His peace because ‘He is my refuge’. (Remember Psalm 62:8).

And the verse she clung to was:

Psalm 62:8: Trust in Him at all times, O people. Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.

Keep your hopes up!
